The Valley Advantage Price Protection Program Terms & Conditions

The Valley Advantage Price Protection program is offered at participating Valley Automotive Group dealerships to provide customers with confidence in their vehicle purchase. If a customer purchases a qualifying new retail vehicle and finds the same vehicle advertised for less within fourteen (14) days, Valley will refund the verified difference in price up to a maximum of $1,000, subject to the following terms and conditions.*

Eligible Vehicles

The program applies only to new retail vehicles purchased from a participating Valley Automotive Group dealership. The comparison vehicle must be the same make, model, model year, trim level, and factory‑installed equipment. The MSRP must match.

Competing Vehicle Requirements

The competing vehicle must be:

• In stock and available for immediate retail sale
• Sold by a franchised dealer of the same brand
• Located within 100 miles of the selling Valley dealership and in the state of Ohio
• Identified by a valid VIN and signed buyers order from competing local dealer
• MSRP must be identical

*Price comparisons must be based on publicly advertised pricing and must include proof of advertisement. Only publicly available manufacturer incentives will be considered. Customers must submit proof of the competing price — including VIN, MSRP, signed buyers order, and proof of advertisement — within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Claims must be submitted to the selling Valley dealership for verification and approval. The maximum refund under the Valley Advantage program is $1,000 per qualifying vehicle purchase.

This program does not apply to used vehicles, commercial or fleet purchases, factory‑ordered vehicles, or vehicles not available for immediate retail sale.All claims are subject to verification and approval by dealership management. Valley Automotive Group reserves the right to determine eligibility and compliance with program terms.

Excluded Pricing Programs – The following pricing programs are excluded from comparison: Fleet or commercial pricing and sales; Government bid pricing and sales; Employee or supplier pricing programs; Loyalty or targeted incentives; Military or conditional incentives; Enhanced manufacturer incentives; Courtesy Transportation or demonstrator units; Damaged units the dealer is discounting because of the damage (accident, hail, etc.); If there is a trade, price match is on cash difference on the deal; Pricing errors or misprints; Specialty vehicles that have limited allocation or production from the OEM (examples F150 Raptor, Mustang Dark Horse family, Corvette ZR1 and Grand Sport, Ram TRX). Additional vehicles may be added to this list as announced.
